We represent client’s benefits via attending VCAT to fight for the maximized the right and development potential. We focus on risk mitigation, potential to unlock improved performance, and reasonably representing forecast commercial viability.

  • We prepare Development Briefs, being a concise document to capture the client’s strategy, requirements and objectives. Following the completion of the Development Brief, we are able to undertake highest & best use studies to optimise development potential, principally testing TP controls, and market / sector performance comparatively. Gallagher Jeffs work with the project Architect to prepare design schemes which seek to maximise yield and development returns

Additionally we are able to collaborate with specialist research consultants to identify supply / demand metrics for a developments location, and refine the product offering according to market feedback. Our team are able to prepare feasibility models for the purposes of finance applications, with careful attention to finance structures, LVRs, peak debt levels, and development cashflows etc.
